Brad’s responsibilities include being the key, day-to-day contact for investment strategy, planning advice, and account oversight to ensure his clients’ financial goals are met. His coordination of financial planning and investment advisory work focuses on investment portfolio review, detailed retirement analysis, college education funding, charitable giving strategies, and unique planning engagements for clients in various types of transition.
In addition to working with individual clients, Brad also has extensive experience working with trusts, institutions, nonprofits, 401 (k) retirement plans, and municipal pension plans.
Brad’s a twenty-five plus year veteran of the investment advisory and financial planning industry. He came to Fort Pitt Capital via his career with Roof Advisory Group that began in 2003.
When Brad is not in the office, he enjoys traveling with his family, spending time in Maine, and enthusiastically cheering on his daughter’s and son’s lacrosse teams.

A New England transplant since 2014, David now proudly calls Boiling Springs, PA, home, where he lives with his wife and two sons. Outside of his community involvement, David embraces an active lifestyle, having conquered three Tough Mudder events. He also enjoys golfing and simply enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.

Bryson Roof, CFP®

Bryson aims to help clients navigate all aspects of their financial lives. Whether it’s purchasing/refinancing a home, assisting aging parents/adult children, or charitable gifting; each decision has an impact on future finances and retirement funding. He regularly coordinates with estate planning/eldercare attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, and loan officers to keep the client’s team of professionals informed and incorporate their specialized advice in legal, tax, insurance, and financing to achieve a well-informed recommendation.
Bryson began his career with a global financial services firm in Virginia Beach, Virginia with a focus on financial planning. Relocating back to his hometown in southcentral Pennsylvania, he joined Roof Advisory Group in 2012, which later merged with Fort Pitt Capital Group in 2019.
Outside of work, you can find Bryson at the kennel training his AKC beagles or at various beagle clubs judging AKC field trials. As an avid outdoorsman, he enjoys saltwater fishing, hunting, camping, and managing large tracts of land for wildlife conservation.
